So my girlfriend moved up north to go to Veterinarian school. I moved in with a good friend of mine and am continuing to work down here. It's sort of tough, but I think living together was beginning to wear both of us down a bit.

It's an interesting change of pace. A lot of opportunities for my creative side have opened up, which means I'll probably get to do some soul searching this next year. Hopefully I'll put out some good music while I'm here.

My 5-year anniversary with my girlfriend is coming up later this month. It's pretty crazy, five years.

I'm spending more time outside and with other people than I used to, I like it. Maybe I'm becoming less introverted, that would be nice.

I've been working a lot on creative writing recently. It's sort of been what I've felt driven about recently. All of it has been for the new Vampire I began role-playing a few weeks back, and this is definitely the most work I've ever put into a character's background. Both Katrina and Christa's backgrounds can be found in my deviations. Katrina is the character I am playing now, Christa is a non-playable character (NPC) that I made who Embraced Katrina (made Katrina a Vampire). I had a lot more fun with Christa's story than I did with Katrina's, since she's older and I didn't have to follow several rules I would normally have to observe when creating a new character (particularly how powerful, how old, etc. the character is).

If you're bored, you may want to give both stories a read. They were originally intended for just my Storyteller (the guy who runs the VtM chronicle), but I feel they are decent enough to post online for others to read and possibly enjoy.
